The Pause Plan

A personalized plan to feel like yourself again

The Pause Plan is a guided three-session experience designed to support you through perimenopause and menopause with clarity and confidence.

Over the course of three sessions — Clarity, Strategy, and Empower — you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your symptoms, develop a personalized plan, and receive ongoing support to put it into action so you can finally start feeling like yourself again.

Session 1: Clarity Session
We take a comprehensive look at your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and goals, along with your recent lab results, so we can understand what your body is communicating. You’ll leave this session with big-picture clarity about where you are now and which areas matter most.
 
 
Session 2: Strategy Session
After our first session, I create your personalized plan based on your labs, history, goals, and what we discussed together. Your plan focuses on realistic next steps across habits, nervous system support, nutrition, movement, sleep, and lifestyle. During this session, we review the plan together and shape it into something sustainable and realistic for your real life, not a rigid checklist you’ll abandon in a week.
 
Session 3: Empower Session

This session typically takes place about two weeks after your Strategy Session. We check in on how your plan is going, talk through any obstacles you’re facing, and celebrate what’s working. We then adjust your plan as needed and set you up for the rest of the month. Your plan is always built around your success and your preferred pacing, not pressure or perfection.

 

Many clients choose to schedule additional Empower Sessions monthly or quarterly for accountability and to continue building new habits, troubleshoot challenges, and keep moving toward their goals with ongoing support.

The Pause Plan is ideal if you:

Feel “off” and can’t explain why

Feel dismissed, overwhelmed, or confused

Suspect perimenopause or are deep in it

Have tried to “figure it out” alone

Want guidance from a Menopause Certified Lifestyle Practitioner who has walked this path herself and genuinely understands what you’re experiencing

Empower Session

The Empower Session is a 60-minute consultation for women who want more support than a brief check-in, but aren’t looking for a full deep-dive plan just yet.

We focus on your biggest questions and concerns, identify priorities, and outline realistic next steps. This is not a deep-dive planning session, that happens inside The Pause Plan, but it will give you reassurance, direction, and momentum.

​​The Access Session is a 20-minute conversation to meet you where you are, whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure where to begin, or just want to talk things through. It’s a safe, no-pressure space to feel heard and supported.
